International Paper has an immediate opening for a seasoned Customer Service Representative at our Barrington/Bellmawr, NJ Complex. These facilities are significant to the our presence in the Northeast market.
The ideal candidate will be responsible for:
- Entering and maintaining the customer order fulfillment system for more complex accounts.
- Monitoring the order process to ensure that customer deliveries are made according to commitments and within forecast allocations.
- Receiving and booking orders in a timely and accurate manner.
- Responding timely to customer inquiries and requests.
- Troubleshooting problems and recommending solutions.
- Working with a high degree of accuracy.
- Interacting positively and professionally with customers, both internal and external.
- Participating in a team environment and performing team specific activities to ensure efficient account coverage.
- Periodically receiving direction and guidance from supervision and seasoned team members.
The successful candidate will have a solid track record of 3 or more years in customer service within the Corrugated Box Industry.
