You will be responsible for
As a Sales Manager, your role is to Design and implement the commercial plan for French Chalon region in view of achieving sales and profitability objectives, according to the strategy and the priorities defined by senior management. Manage and develop the sales force (5 people). Your main responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:
- Recommend, implement and follow up commercial action plans accordingly to the key commercial performance indicators status.
- Implement short term action plans/ priorities and follow long term strategies to secure business with customers.
- Take ownership of facility sales.
- Develop and execute geographic sales plans and manage existing customer portfolios.
- Handle local commercial contracts.
- Provide accurate sales forecasts, manage budgets, and allocate resources effectively.
- Ensure adherence to IP safety rules, acting as a safety leader.
key challenges:
- Develop appealing customer segments with marketing's assistance and communicate the strategy.
- Ensure effective collaboration between the sales department and cross-functional teams while achieving commercial goals.
You have
• Minimum 5-7 years of Sales experience.
• Proven experience in track record in sales management, Costing and pricing process.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
• Prior experience in an industrial company.
• Local language & fluency in English.
