Customer Service & Inventory Planning Specialist

 

Location – Krakow

As part of EMEA Packaging team, you will have a chance to work in the dynamic and multinational environment with many interesting challenges and opportunities to grow. You will be critical to company’s success and excellent customer experience.

 

You will be a part of international Customer Account team, servicing large EMEA Packaging customer. You will serve as an ambassador for the customer and act as a liaison between the customer, our Box Plant facilities teams and our logistics partners steeping as 3PLs service providers.

 

 

You will:

 

  • Cooperate with EMEA Packaging customer on daily basis
  • Work as part of a customer team and by collaborating with our Box Plants teams, you will become knowledgeable about supply chain and logistics processes and dependencies
  • Manage customer forecast, purchase orders and ensure on time performance
  • Be responsible for the customer specific inventory in external warehouses
  • Manage replenishment orders to maintain agreed inventory levels and inventory quality
  • Have the opportunity to develop further your analytical skills
  • Participate or lead supply chain or customer projects or process improvement initiatives
  • Have working hours: 8am – 5pm with (1 hour lunch break)

  

 

You have:

 

  • Minimum 1 year of experience in customer service, preferable in multinational environment
  • Previous work experience in supply chain area
  • Fluency in spoken and written English
  • Good knowledge of Excel and other MS Office tools
  • Good organizational skills and analytical thinking
  • Ability to work with limited general supervision
  • Ability to learn quickly
  • Attitude that energies and inspires
  • Understanding of business processes and problem solving skills
  • Proven track of process improvement
  • Ability to process high volume of data accurately and make your own decisions
  • Knowledge of French or Spanish will be a plus
  • Flexibility to travel - to visit the customer or IP box plants to broaden your business and supply chain knowledge and strengthen your working relationships with internal partners
