You will be responsible for development/implementation and maintenance of a broad variety of data pipelines and services in International Paper’s global analytics DataOps team.

• Life Cycle Development of BI Data Warehouse, Lakehouse and Staging Models
• Working with the ADS Manager, BI Team Leader, Application Architect, BIM Business Analysts to create new (or enhance the existing) Data Pipelines and BI Analytical Applications.  Collaborate regularly with the global BI&A platform teams.
• Providing estimates for work requested to help plan workload
• Monitoring pipelines and supporting issues in production
• Providing break/fixes
• Ensuring compliance with IP technical standards and processes (including BI Roadmap and IP Intelligence Platform technical architecture)

• Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field, or equivalent work experience
• 3+ of hands-on experience with BI technologies including Azure
• Demonstrated BI application development and implementation experience
• Strong customer focus
• Effective communications, organizational, time management and problem solving skills
• Ability to function in a constantly evolving environment
• Very good verbal and written communication skills in English
• Demonstrated skill in the following technical areas:
• Microsoft Power BI  (data modeling with PowerQuery / DAX / M ) development and deployment at scale
• T-SQL, Spark and Python workflows
• Experience with source code management/repositories (Microsoft DevOps, Git or similar) for team tasks, organizing/tracking). Managing multiple branches etc.
• Familiarity with legacy reporting, with SQL Server Management Studio, Crystal Reports, Oracle (or similar) will be useful.
• Deep understanding of relational database sources - design/schema
