Pay Rate:
$82,500 – $110,000 (PL11)

The Job You Will Perform:

 

As a GTM Strategy Analyst, you will be a strategic partner to the Sales & Marketing organization, responsible for delivering actionable insights and maintaining critical performance tools. This role is ideal for a highly analytical professional with a passion for data visualization, forecasting, and cross-functional collaboration.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Month-End Close Reporting: Drive the month-end reporting cycle, consolidating performance data and identifying key trends.
  • Mid-Month Outlook Management: Oversee the mid-month outlook process, collaborating with finance to ensure forecasts are aligned and data-driven.
  • Specialty Business Support: Provide analytical support to the Specialty Business, working closely with the Area Commercial Manager. Track wins and losses, help drive proper Sales Force usage, and capture market intelligence information.
  • Lead Fibre Box Association (FBA) Reporting: Own and manage industry reporting processes, ensuring timely and accurate submission of Fibre Box Association data and insights.
  • “Are We Winning” Dashboard Ownership: Maintain and enhance this strategic dashboard, which tracks performance across key metrics for strategic business units.
  • Marketing Dashboard Oversight: Manage and continuously improve the Power BI Marketing Dashboard, ensuring data integrity, usability, and relevance to business needs.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with Finance, Sales, and Marketing teams to support strategic initiatives and deliver insights that drive business performance.

 

The Skills You Will Bring:

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Marketing, Economics, Data Analytics, or a related field.
  • Skills:
    • Proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, Word, PowerBI and data visualization tools.
    • Strong analytical and quantitative skills with experience in forecasting, variance analysis, and KPI tracking.
    • Ability to consolidate complex data into actionable insights.
  • Attributes:
