Lead the day to day operations in a role with a wide breadth of responsibility:  Lead and manage all aspects of the tax accounting and reporting, compliance and provide audit and planning support on a global scale while getting to develop and optimize processes in each of these areas.


Lead, mentor and develop a highly skilled team beneath you: Manage a team of 7 reports (2 managers level and 5 individual contributors) while working closely with cross functional and business leaders on a collaborative, world class tax team.

           Key Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for all aspects of US Federal income tax compliance, US GAAP tax accounting (global provision and reporting management,) including process improvement, technical analysis, training, effective tax rate and cash tax management
  • Support US and Non-US local country audit activity
  • Maintain internal controls for income tax accounting and reporting purposes
  • Participate in development of tax technology and tax data management strategy
  • Continuously look for ways to improve processes, increase efficiencies and improve the quality of the team’s work product
  • Contribute to deployment of tax planning initiatives and transactions


    Basic Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting required
  • Minimum 15 years of corporate income tax experience in the areas of income tax compliance, accounting and reporting
  • Minimum 10 years of leading direct and indirect reports
  • Experience working in a global organization
  • Demonstrated ability to identify and communicate complicated tax issues in terms of impact to the business with senior leaders
  • Demonstrated ability to lead, motivate and develop a team of tax professionals
  • Expert Knowledge of ASC 740


    Preferred Qualifications:

  • Master’s degree in Taxation
  • JD LLM
  • CPA License
  • Experience in OneSource/Corp Tax
