The Job You Will Perform:
- Document the workflow required to meet deliverables and maintain integration requirements documentation.
- Facilitate meetings with end users to understand business requirements and enhancement requests.
- Collect, manage, and synthesize requirements from key stakeholders.
- Provide work estimates to managers and project managers as requested based on requirements gathered.
- Translate business requirements and use cases to develop and deliver functional/technical specifications, requirements documents, and detailed use cases for new/changed features or functionality.
- Create/review test plans with the team and define the QA tasks for project plans, provide task time estimates, and prepare a QA Test Strategy document.
- Develop the final test execution report using existing templates and communicate to the project team.
- Provide post-implementation support.
- Troubleshoot, diagnose, and accurately document problems and their probable causes. Identify root causes, test, and implement solutions.
- Serve as a liaison between application vendors, internal IT groups, and end users.
- Ensure adherence to defined standards.
The Qualifications, Skills and Knowledge You Will Bring:
- Bachelor’s degree in IT-related field
- 4+ years of IT experience or experience in similar roles.
- Strong understanding or aptitude to understand HR Systems and integrations.
- Experience and understanding of complex logic used in integrations.
- Experience with Mexico’s Employee management, payroll, and benefits.
- Understanding of capturing employee data and knowledge of the employee lifecycle from recruiting to termination as it relates to integration with other systems.
- Advanced level of English.
- Ability to consult with users/SMEs to define, gather, and document functional business requirements.
- Ability to effectively present information and respond to questions from managers and/or employees.
- Ability to read, analyze, and interpret technical procedures or government regulations, specifically around payroll and benefits.
- Must have the ability to multi-task and work in a fast-paced environment, re-prioritize based on business demands coupled with a strong sense of urgency.
- Strong problem-solving capabilities and ability to drive action.
- Strong ability to work with customers and prioritize issues based on need and urgency.
- High data analysis capability and ability to use data to solve problems.
- Experience in HR Systems Technology/Integrations, software development lifecycle and Data Base.
- Experience using Jira or other issue tracking tools.
