The Job You Will Perform:
- Innovate and Develop: Create applications in various environments, bringing your ideas to life.
- Collaborate and Connect: Build strong relationships with other IT teams and stakeholders.
- Document and Improve: Keep detailed records of developed code and processes, ensuring continuous improvement.
- Test and Validate: Perform unit testing and understand system integration testing to ensure high-quality deliverables.
- Exceed Expectations: Consistently meet or exceed individual and team performance metrics.
- Support and Resolve: Provide 24x7 IT incident resolution and management services, minimizing impact and cost.
- Deliver Excellent Service: Demonstrate top-notch customer service skills, remaining calm under pressure and adaptable to change.
- Research and Troubleshoot: Conduct research, troubleshoot problems, and provide analytical solutions.
The Qualifications, Skills and Knowledge You Will Bring:
- Knowledge of multiple IT systems and platforms.
- Understanding of development processes.
- Bachelor’s degree in IT-related field or equivalent experience.
- 0-3 years of IT experience or equivalent.
- Advanced level of English.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Visual Basic, C#, SQL, Crystal Reports, and HTML.
- Understanding of networking in cross-platform environments, TCP/IP, remote, connectivity, Windows, Active Directory, client/server environments, email, mainframes, Unix AIX, Oracle, terminal emulation software, remote control software, printer hardware/software, and web portals.
- Ability to work on preplanned projects and tasks, basic understanding of the Software Development Lifecycle, and exposure to the Project Delivery Process.
