The Job You Will Perform:

• Ensures that all work is completed on time and in accordance with established procedures, while promoting safety.
• Manage end-to-end implementation of payroll processes for all employees.
• Ensure accurate and timely payroll processing.
• Maintain compliance with local labor and tax regulations.
• Identify opportunities for process improvement and automation.
• Handle payroll-related inquiries and issues.
• Prepare and submit payroll reports to management.
• Collaborate with HR and finance teams to ensure data accuracy and audit reporting.

The Qualifications, Skills and Knowledge You Will Bring:

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Accounting or related field.
• Proven experience in HR processes and payroll management.
• Knowledge of payroll software and systems.
• Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
