The Spotswood, NJ Facility has an immediate opening in our 24/7 facility on the Night Shift (7p-7a).

Clamp Truck Driver will locate and transport rollstock to the corrugators and perform other service functions to support corrugators operations. They will also load/unload railcar/semi trucks.

Following all safety rules and practices

Obtaining the machine operator’s direction for orienting/turning rollstock

Maintaining organized in-process inventories

Communicating line-ups to other shifts

Conveying nonessential stock to alternate storage areas as needed

Keeping the supervisor informed of any problems and /or unusual situations

Maintaining work areas to plant standards of housekeeping

Maintaining teamwork with corrugators machine crews and other associates

Following prescribed practices in all circumstances

Performing other duties as assigned by supervisor

The qualifications for Clamp Truck Drivers are the ability to perform the duties/responsibilities of the job with or without accommodations; the ability to read, write and speak English; the ability to accurately read a measuring tape and ruler; the ability to use basic shop math; the ability to learn and the ability to follow instructions, ask questions and work effectively as a member of a team.

Corrugator supervisors evaluate trucker qualifications.

Position requires 3 years forklift/roll clamp experience in a fast pace work environment.  Applicants must have a stable history, excellent attendance, positive attitude and a desire to produce quality work in team environment.  Competitive hourly wage with excellent benefits
