Pay Rate:
$108,200 - $144,300
Multiple factors, including Individual experience, skills and abilities will determine where an employee is ultimately placed in the pay range. Variable pay may provide additional opportunities for financial awards. This job is eligible to participate in IP’s annual incentive plan.

The Job You Will Perform:
- Reports directly to a DSM, Design Services Manager.
- Motivated individual who is capable of performing a multitude of functions in a fast-paced environment.
- Requires an individual who understands the design needs of the business while maintaining a focus on safety, customer satisfaction, quality and productivity.
Key Accountabilities:
- Support the Design Services Managers in the development and training of the design organization, as well as the implementation and execution of our design best practices
- Manage multiple National Accounts in the National Accts Lead Designer role
- Maximize value to IP through optimal use of resources, external relationships and hands on experience/expertise
- Support the development of innovative package solutions through team collaboration
- Lead and mentor designers in group, team, or individual settings to foster collaboration, creativity, and ensure high-quality design outcomes
- Support the management of team collaboration efforts within your assigned NA Directors region
- Support the DSM in leading designer efforts and special projects to support the commercial organization
The Skills You Will Bring:
- Strong knowledge of Impact CAD, CPSCnx Project Management and Microsoft Office software
- Ability to shift between conducting practical design work and performing as a team leader
- Strong work ethic, team orientated, good interpersonal skills, ability to take initiative, creative thought, responsiveness, customer focused and ability to manage through others
- Strong time management, organizational and communication skills
- Attention to detail and ability to work independently when necessary
