Position Title: Shipping Associate, 3rd Shift
Pay Rate: Starting rate is $20.50/hr.
Sign-on and Retention Bonus: $500 after 30 days, $500 after 6 months, $500 after 1 year and an additional bonus at 2 years
Category/Shift: Hourly Full-Time, 3rd Shift (11pm – 7am with additional overtime as assigned)
Later in 2022, we anticipate moving to a 24/7 manufacturing operation offering seven (7) days off over a fourteen (14) day pay period, with full time pay and great benefits. You will enjoy a pre-determined schedule with no mandatory overtime, and every other weekend will be a three-day weekend. Voluntary overtime will be available for those who want it. Hours will be 5am to 5pm following this transition (2 days on, 2 days off, 3 days on, 2 days off, 2 days on, 3 days off).
Candidates must be willing to work overtime as required until our 24/7 schedule goes into effect.

The Job You Will Perform:
- Operate lift trucks in a safe and effective manner
- Ensure correct product is sent through appropriate production line
- Ensure correct strapping patterns for product, and that loads are strapped with proper dunnage according to instructions and customer-specific requests
- Monitor loads and notify supervisor regarding any product issues
- Monitor take-off line following strapping process, and load material onto designated trucks, requiring accurate record of load tallies
- Transporting product to the appropriate areas of the warehouse as needed
- Load warehoused product from the warehouse to the loading dock, as well as receive product from incoming trucks, sign for the receipt of it, and transport to designated department
- Turn in proper paperwork to the shipping office
- Rotate as needed between strapper position, take-off line lift truck and floor driver lift truck operation procedures
- Sweep trailers and floor areas
- Complete a daily safety check list, change propane tanks, and check the fluids and air filters on their lift truck
