Pay Rate:



Sign on Bonus:     

$500 after 30 days,

$500 after 6 months,

$500 after 1 year and an additional bonus at 2 years

The Job You Will Perform:

  • Drive clamp truck to receive roll stock, scan rolls into the system, put rolls away in the warehouse.

  • Transport rolls from warehouse to production line, and if caught up, perform loading duties. 

  • Drive forklift to move products or raw materials from production lines to the warehouse or directly from the production line to trucks. Essential to drive forklift from product from warehouse onto trucks, unload pallets from trucks, bring pallets from outside into production areas, move broke boxes from production area to scale, and weigh for ultimate baling. 

  • Verify and keep records of incoming and outgoing shipments and prepare items for shipment.

  • Compare identifying information and counts, weigh items of incoming and outgoing shipments to verify information against bills of lading.

  • Determine methods of shipment, utilizing knowledge of shipping procedures, routes and rates.

  • Periodically affix shipping labels on packed cartons, shrink wrap cartons with plastic wrap, glue identifying information and shipping instructions onto crates or containers.  Essential to post weights and shipping charges.

  • Unpack and examine incoming shipments, reject damaged items, record shortages, route items to departments.

  • Examine outgoing shipments to ensure they meet specifications. 

  • Direct others in preparing outgoing and receiving incoming shipments.  

  • Receive damaged or defective goods returned to the establishment.

  • Match invoices or bills of lading with materials received.

  • Complete a daily forklift inspection and checklist, and notify maintenance of any problems.

  • Refill lift trucks as needed.

  • Be flexible to work day shift, swing shift, and graveyard shift.
  • Work weekends, Holidays, and mandatory overtime as required.
  • Wear required Personal Protective Equipment (PPE), such as, but not limited to, hearing protection, safety glasses, gloves, and safety steel toed shoes.
