General Helper

Job Title:                     TILL MACHINE 2nd Helper  

Department:               Converting

Division:                      Gettysburg Distribution Center

Reports to:                  Converting  Supervisor

FLSA Status:                 Hourly

Position Details:

• Day Shift: Mon – Thurs 6AM-3PM; Friday 6AM-Noon
• Starting hourly rate: $15/hr, with an increase to $16.40/hr once you have completed training and probationary period
• 90-day Probationary period
• Limited Overtime
• Activities include assisting operator and 1st helper of the till machine including:
  • Setup, operation and clean up
  • Lift and place multiple folded and glued tills into bags and then bins for the duration of the shift
  • Lift and place pallets weighing approximately 30 lbs. onto a conveyor track.
  • Setup large Gaylord bins and keep up a steady pace of filling the bins with erected tills

Requirements:

• Manufacturing experience preferred
• Able to work in a fast-paced environment
• Lifting up to 50 lbs
• Ability to communicate & work well with others
• Willingness to cross train in other positions
• Ability to read, write and speak English
• Compliance with all Company policies and procedures including safety and good housekeeping
• Candidates must successfully complete an online Operations Test and Interview
