Corrugator Supervisor

The Job You Will Perform:

 Front Line Leader responsible for the supervision, directing and leadership of one assigned shift of hourly employees in safety, quality, productivity and engagement to ensure goals are met.  This position reports into the facility Manufacturing Manager.

 The Supervisor is responsible for safety training; accident investigation, managing work schedules, one on one counseling, and coaching employees to accomplish team goals and corrective actions to address problems.

 The following qualifications are required:

 

The Skills You Will Bring:

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
  • 3 + years in a supervisory capacity required.
  • Experience in the corrugated or converting industry is preferred, but not required.
  • Demonstrated competence to work:
    • With minimum supervision
    • Effectively with all levels in workforce
