International Paper, a major paper producer, is proactively committed to maintaining a leadership role in our industry.  Our Red River mill in Campti, LA has a need for a qualified Instrumentation Journeyman I.

EDUCATION

• Minimum high school graduate or GED equivalent

• Instrumentation applicants must have served 4 years of instrumentation apprenticeship or helper, and be an Instrumentation Journeyman 

OR

• Instrument applicants must have one of the following

• Two-year instrument degree from an accredited college or trade school
• ISA CCST Certificate

• Willing and capable of working all shifts

EXPERIENCE (desired skills)

• Knowledge of pneumatics, hydraulics, calibration, and use of test equipment
• Calibration of all instrumentation
• Control valve repair experience
• Knowledge of P&ID’s and instrument loops
• Ability to troubleshoot and repair analytical instrumentation
• Ability to work in team environment
