 Physical Location:

Cayuga, Indiana

 This position is responsible for providing accounting and administrative support to the accounting department and other managers within the Mill. The incumbent will perform a variety of routine and some non-routine clerical/accounting functions in accordance with standard procedures.

The Job You Will Perform:

• Responsible for playing a lead role in a variety of non-routine clerical/accounting functions, in accordance with standard procedures. Duties and tasks reflect substantial variety and complexity. 
• Perform daily financial activities of the Mill
• Ensure accurate and timely processing of daily, weekly, and monthly responsibilities
• General reporting and data analysis
• Assist in other accounting duties such as reconciling general ledger accounts, balancing books, and processing Non-Po invoices
• Journal voucher entries

• Receiving raw materials
• Perform Month-end Closing duties
• Provide miscellaneous administrative duties

The Qualifications, Skills and Knowledge You Will Bring:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, or Accounting required, or 5+ years of experience in accounting or finance roles
• Minimum of Intermediate Excel Experience required
• SAP Experience preferred, not required
• Power BI experience helpful, not required
