The Line Lead is responsible for supporting the day-to- day operation and quality efforts of assigned assembly/packing/production lines. The Team Leader will facilitate the completion of daily production schedules and control product quality, coordinating, overseeing, validating, monitoring and reporting the performance of assigned manufacturing cells. The Team Leader will provide leadership and direction to the production employees to achieve performance results in the areas of safety, quality, production, cost control (overhead productivity, and yield) and service. The Team Leader will aid in the implementation of corrective actions to drive continuous improvement and perform other quality and production related duties as assigned.

- Utilize the LEAN production initiatives to analyze line performance. LEAN is the process of identifying inefficiencies or waste in production
- Assist production management teams by establishing the daily production line, gathering and approving materials, instructing and training assembly line production workers and their activities.
- Coordinate with forklift drivers by assisting with the supply for the daily assembly line. Assign assembly line production workers to line positions per their individual skills.
- Assume line maintenance, maintain order and ensure housekeeping is to always provide employee’s safety.
- Manage the quality of daily production operations by verifying conformance of incoming raw materials, validating production inspection processes, investigating instances of product non-conformance, initiating the corrective actions procedure for production-related variances, reporting quality issues, actively participating in raising quality awareness with production management and operating personnel, and other quality-related duties as assigned.
- Review retained samples of all production orders and evaluated these samples against order specifications.
- Inspect incoming display materials into the Assembly and Packing operations, and initiate the corrective actions process for all non-conformances.
- Acts as a liaison/technical quality representative on matters of quality conformance.
- Knowledgeable in the utilization, capabilities and operation of Nulogy Pack Manager (Inventory management system)
- May be assigned to assist in any department as needed to support overall operational efficiencies.
