The Job You Will Perform:

1. Coordinates and manages the finished product inventories.  Required to drive lift as needed to move product from one area to the other.
2. Must be able to perform the essential functions of the job as outlined on this document
3. Drivers of mobile equipment must be qualified and licensed.
4. Must have working knowledge of equipment operation.
5. **Learn how to recognize malfunctions of equipment, i.e., overheating, rough running engine and odd noises.
6. Abide by all Safety Rule, General and Lift specific rules.  Review lift accident reporting procedure.
7. Perform routine pre-shift check on oil levels, water levels, propane levels, hydraulic fluid, lights and horn.
8. Maintain equipment, i.e., blowout radiator, clean engine and outer surfaces as required by preventative maintenance schedule.
9. Starts engine, shifts gears, presses pedals, and turns steering wheel to operate loader.
10. Moves levers to lower and tilt blades and drives front end loader forward to place blades into bulk material.
11. Moves levers to raise and tilt blades when loaded, drives vehicle to work site, and moves levers to stack material.

The Skills You Will Bring:

1. Candidate must have the ability to accurately read a measuring tape and ruler; ability to use basic math
2. Candidate must have the ability to safely operate a fork lift truck and clamp truck; ability to accurately use the scale
3. Candidate must also demonstrate a sincere interest and desire to work in a fast paced manufacturing environment
4. Candidate must have the ability to follow instructions, ask questions, and work effectively as a member of team. a proven leader, goal oriented, self-starter, good communicator and computer literate.
5. Candidate must have a firm understanding of driving safety culture, adhering to corporate and human resources policy.
