THE JOB YOU WILL PERFORM:

Position Summary

This position is a part of the Exeter Bulk plant and reports to the Converting Supervisor. This is an hourly full time position. This position is responsible meeting customer commitments and working safe.

Responsibilities

• Meets safety and quality standards for the dept.
• Follow TFRA and PIT plant safety rules.
• Coordinates maintenance needs for the dept. (SAP)

• Knowledgeable in Witron and KIWI.
• Maintain accurate finished goods inventories.
• Open communication with the customer service team.
• Open communication with customer as needed.
• Maintain accurate paperwork and proper tracking.
• Daily review of IPoint for accurate inventory management
• Knowledgeable in dept. goals and metrics. Maximizing loads to reduce freight costs.
• Complete/update daily OTD (on time delivery).
• Motivate team members to achieve department goals

Skills and Experience

• Candidate must have the ability to safely operate a fork lift truck and clamp truck; ability to accurately use the scale
• Candidate must also demonstrate a sincere interest and desire to work in a fast paced manufacturing environment
• Candidate must have the ability to follow instructions, ask questions, and work effectively as a member of team. a proven leader, goal oriented, self-starter, good communicator and computer literate.
• Candidate must have a firm understanding of driving safety culture, adhering to corporate and human resources policy. 

THE SKILLS YOU WILL BRING:

• Two (2) years’ experience in the manufacturing
• Experience using SAP, Witron, Kiwi, Operating KIT, Microsoft Word, Microsoft Excel, and inventory managing systems preferred
