The Job You Will Perform:

1. Exhibit an engaged safety performance with no current warnings on record.
2. Possess basic mathematical knowledge and reasoning skills.
3. Demonstrate dexterity and basic electromechanical knowledge and skills by successfully completing assigned tasks within reasonable time limits from the respective portion of the checklist.
4. Demonstrate other key competencies, such as a willingness to learn advanced mechanical and electrical/electronic skills and be recommended through the interviewing process. Additional weighting may be given for recognized technical certifications (welding, etc.) and/or completion of an accredited technical training program applicable to the maintenance position being filled.
5. Perform quality work and complete assigned tasks in a timely manner throughout his/her probationary period and commit to work diligently towards achievement of Maintenance Journeyman Level 1.
