Position Title:
Entry Manufacturing Laborer – Fort Worth Container
Pay Rate:
$21.22/hr. plus shift differential
Category/Shift:
Hourly Full-Time
Monday – Friday, occasional daily overtime and/or overtime on Saturdays - required
6am – 2:30pm
2:20pm – 11pm

The Job You Will Perform:
- Wear all required personal protective equipment (PPE)
- Proficient use of reading a tape measure and safe use of utility knife
- Following all trained and published safety policies and procedures
- Counting and stacking finished product
- Reading factory orders
- Safely lift/move up to 75 pounds during regular work shift
- Accurately reading gauges and other test equipment
- Utilizing basic shop math
- Inspecting product
- Accurately completing quality checks, administrative documents and follow directions
- The ability to practice and maintain great housekeeping
- This person will also be assigned clean-up functions including but not limited to blowing down the machine, wiping off shafts, cleaning ink systems, vacuuming and sweeping the machine area, as well as picking up and shredding scrap.

The Skills You Will Bring:
- Good attendance and punctuality
- 2 years manufacturing / corrugated experience preferred
- Ability to read, write, and speak English
- Ability to read a tape measure and ruler
- Must be 18 years of age or older
- High school diploma / GED preferred
- Mechanical aptitude a plus and the ability to safely operate industrial equipment
- Consent to a background check and pre-employment physical / drug screen
- Verifiable, stable work history
- Flexible to work as needed
- Must be self-driven with a positive attitude and a willingness to learn new things, receive and follow instructions
