Pay Rate:

$100,600 - $123,000

Multiple factors, including Individual experience, skills and abilities will determine where an employee is ultimately placed in the pay range.

The Job You Will Perform:

The selected candidate will be assigned to the Finance Staff Group at the Georgetown Mill.  Job responsibilities will include interacting with mill operations personnel on a day-to-day basis, as well as performing some more routine financial assignments.  These assignments can include measuring progress against meeting various objectives, analyzing business results, developing an annual budget and preparing short-term forecasts.

  • Actively participate as a member of a business unit
  • Review/analyze key performance measures and variances
  • Develop the annual budget and assure that product cost information is accurate
  • Add or create product cost information
  • Monthly reporting and communication of financial performance against objectives
  • Potential to manage two direct reports depending on experience
  • Work with Purchasing and Stores to ensure accurate recordings of expense

 

The Qualifications, Skills and Knowledge You Will Bring:

  • Bachelor’s degree preferred or equivalent work experience
  • Minimum of at least 2 years of supervisory or related experience
  • Must meet requirements for advancement to Level I outlined in Non-Degreed Technical Career Program and FLL Certification
  • Proficiency with SAP preferred
