The Job You Will Perform:  

  • Create, facilitate and output flexographic print files by displaying a strong skillset in Adobe Illustrator layout functions.  This is a production position and not a creative design role. 
  • Handle multiple tasks simultaneously in a methodical, deadline-based environment while producing outstanding results. 
  • Work well in a collaborative team environment, and also independently in the absence of supervision. 
  • Communicate detailed information clearly and effectively, both verbally and in writing.   
  • Work with a strong focus on safety, customer satisfaction, quality, productivity, and teamwork.   


The Skills You Will Bring: 

  • Three years of experience in print production and/or like preferred. 
  • An extensive knowledge of Macintosh computers and all major graphics applications, with proficiency in Adobe Illustrator is needed. 
  • Intermediate knowledge or eagerness to learn the flexo print industry as well as Esko, ArtPro and GMG software. 
  • Ability to think critically, effectively problem solve, and quickly adapt to new processes is helpful. 
  • Organization, reliability, flexibility, communication, and teamwork are a must.
