International Paper, the nation’s premier producer of corrugated and solid fiber containers is currently accepting applications for hourly production positions at its Lancaster, PA plant located at 801 Fountain Avenue.

We are currently seeking skilled machine operators with industrial manufacturing experience. New hires will start at $21.60/hr during the probationary period then increase based on the position assigned.  Successful operators’ compensation will increase with our top machine operators earning $22.97+/hr. Your compensation also includes generous benefits packages including company-subsidized healthcare for you and your family, paid vacation, 401(k) and retirement plans.

We are a fast paced, industrial environment, but if you are an experienced manufacturing machine operator, you will enjoy working in our environment. Position requirements include:

• High school diploma or state registered GED preferred
• Ability to communicate and work well with others
• Manufacturing experience preferred
• Stable work history
• Ability to work overtime/weekends
• Fundamental computer skills
• Reliable transportation
• Willingness to work 2nd and 3rd shifts
