The Job You Will Perform: 

•    Skilled troubleshooting with volt meter
•    DC drives and variable frequency AC drives
•    Schematic reading and troubleshooting control circuits
•    Troubleshooting PLC controls with a laptop
•    Program a drive by setting up the initial parameters
•    Mechanical electrical ability/experience must include:
o    Servicing hydraulic and pneumatic systems
o    General mechanical maintenance support of production equipment, 
•    Must be able to work in a team environment
•    Must be willing to work weekends, including Saturdays, Sundays and Holidays as needed
•    Must be willing to work additional hours as needed 
•    Must be willing to work any shift and flexible to provide coverage on a different shift as necessary
 

 
The Skills You Will Bring: 
•    To safely and efficiently troubleshoot mechanical and electrical systems that includes hydraulic, pneumatic, power transmission, and conveyor systems. 
•    Use hand tools, power tools, welders, cutting torches, fabrication equipment, electrical testing equipment and computers. 
•    Read electrical block diagrams, schematics as well as PLC ladder logic
 
•    Be available to work all shifts as well as weekends, call-ins, holidays and overtime as necessary.  This facility runs on a 24/7 production schedule. 
•    Experience in a corrugated facility is preferred but not required.
•    Experience using a Computerized Maintenance Management System (CMMS) is preferred but not required.
•    Have a high school diploma, GED, or equivalent work experience.
