Position Title

Manufacturing Associate

 

Pay Rate:

$19.80/hr during training, $22.77 - $24.80/hr once trained

 

Category/Shift:

Hourly Full-Time 

Candidates must be open to 2nd (3pm - 11pm) and 3rd (11pm - 7am) shift, depending on company vacancies.

The Job You Will Perform:

  • Safely, operating machinery
  • The ability to practice housekeeping
  • Reading Factory orders
  • Setting up orders, which may include carrying tooling (i.e. ink buckets, printing dies and cutting dies) to machine centers
  • Utilizing basic shop math such as: accurately reading tape measures, gauges and other testing equipment.
  • Consistent quality and count of inspection of product
  • Accurately completing quality and administrative document checks to ensure specific directions are followed.
  • Candidates must have availability to work overtime as needed.

  • The ability to follow instructions, ask questions, and work effectively as a member of a team.
  • High School diploma or GED equivalent required
  • Applicants must have a stable work history, good attendance record, positive attitude and a desire to produce quality work as part of a team. Previous manufacturing experience is a plus.
