Pay Rate: $48,300 - $64,400
Multiple factors, including Individual experience, skills and abilities will determine where an employee is ultimately placed in the pay range.

The Job You Will Perform:
The Finished Products Assistant at International’s Paper Mansfield Mill will be responsible for providing a wide range of administrative and office support to the Finished Products department. More specifically provide support to all three Paper Machines, Recycle, and Shipping to help facilitate an efficient and well-organized structure for their department. PL will vary depending upon experience and qualifications.
Duties/Responsibilities:
- Assist managers with department reporting, spending, and other reports.
- Provide support to Area Managers as needed.
- Order all office supplies for the department
- Coordinate the use of the Disco conference rooms and office space
- Manage the Finished Products printers and their supplies
- Print out requests from other departments
- File purchase orders for the project managers
- File EHS work packages from Finished Products
- Manage safety supplies for the Finished Products department
- Manages the Finished Products SharePoint site
- Coordinate acid deliveries for the mill
- Provide any support necessary to help Finished Products
The Skills You Will Bring:
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel)
- Proficient in SAP
- Fully Functional in Autocad or Capable to be Developed
- Administrative Assistance experience preferred
- Excellent organizational skills, prioritization skills, and ability to deliver results
- Strong analytical ability with the ability to identify and correct irregularities and proactively address these issues.
- Capable of Learning Unifier, an International Paper Project Development Program based on Oracle Database Platform
- Proficient in Oracle DB a plus
