Pay Rate:
$145,000 - $185,000
Varies based on experience. Multiple factors, including Individual experience, skills and abilities will determine where an employee is ultimately placed in the pay range.

The Job You Will Perform:
- The mill has approximately 750 employees. This is a non-union facility.
- The HR Manager is an integral part of the Mill’s Lead Team
- Provides functional coordination and direction of all human resources programs in the mill.
- Has responsibility for the continuous improvement and measurement of the effectiveness of the mill human resources organization.
- Acts with line management in instituting work system improvements which positively impact business profitability.
- Create staffing, selection, training and development plans to build teams that fully contribute to achieving business goals.
- Foster environment focused on alignment, engagement, and execution to accomplish key business objectives.
- Educate and coach management and others on Company policies and work rules.
- Champion leadership and people development processes.
- Develops and ensures implementation of an employee relations strategy.
- Researches and introduces human resources best practice concepts to ensure that the organization is utilizing leading edge human resources technology and pro-actively considering and implementing new strategies.
- Promote and participate in the planning and implementation of communication strategies which deliver accurate, consistent and timely information on business issues and employee concerns.

- 5- 7 years Human Resources and/or related business experience, 7 + years preferred.
