The Job You Will Perform:

The Accounts Payable & Match Pay Analyst plays a critical role in supporting AP operations across the business. This position requires close collaboration with Capgemini support teams, corporate teams, GCF mills and external vendors & carriers to ensure timely and efficient processing of invoices, payments and issue resolution support.  The analyst will handle escalations, manage AP and Match Pay-related inquiries, support AP related internal controls activities and audits, and drive improvements in key performance AP metrics. This role is essential to maintaining operational continuity and enhancing the effectiveness of AP and Match Pay processes.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage the global travel and expense program and maintain relationships with T&E suppliers
  • Support sourcing negotiations of travel partners and apply company strategies and policies
  • Develop and analyze travel management reports to support business needs
  • Oversee the Capgemini T&E support team to ensure service quality and compliance
  • Act as the main point of contact for travel, expense, and corporate card-related operational issues and inquiries
  • Administer and configure the SAP Concur travel and expense management system
  • Help oversee T&E related internal controls and respond to policy-related inquiries, providing guidance to users
  • Collaborate closely with all T&E users, as well as teams such as Finance, Accounts Payable, Internal Controls, Safety & Security, and Insurance.

 

The Qualifications, Skills and Knowledge You Will Bring:

  • 3+ years of Finance or Accounting experience
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration or related degree
  • Excel experience using intermediate to advanced functions
  • Dealing with ambiguity, problem solving
  • Experience with SAP preferred
