The Job You Will Perform:
- Provides a variety of administrative and staff support services to Area Vice Presidents(s) and members of their lead teams
- Serves as administrative expert on programs, projects and/or specific processes. This is a fast paced work environment which requires excellent composure and flexibility.
- Must be highly self-motivated and possess the ability to prioritize and meet strict deadlines
- Plans both large scale as well as routine meetings for leadership teams
- Schedules and coordinates webcasts
- Maintains and updates e-mail distribution lists
- Maintains calendars, including coordinating meetings and appointments for VP(s) and other lead team members
- Ensures managers have the appropriate material for various meetings, and coordinates schedules and appointments
- Compiles and manages Outlook e-mail system including prioritization of incoming messages & addressing urgent matters
- Composes and types extensive correspondence & other documentation as required
- Responsible for making travel arrangements for the VP(s)
- Maintains organizational charts
- Logistic planning for customer events & trips
- Process invoices & reconcile credit card statements and expenditures
- Assists with compilation of information for yearly budget planning process
- Screens telephone calls and visitors and resolves routine and some complex inquiries
- Processes expense reports utilizing an on-line system
- Generates and distributes monthly & quarterly business & sales reports to support the lead team
- Prepares executive summaries of business results for Lead Team meetings
- Plans trainings as needed
- Manages special projects as directed by VP(s)
- Acts as a back-up for other administrative assistants within NA Packaging Solutions - Converting as needed

- Advanced Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook skills required; SharePoint experience preferred

- High school diploma required, Associates degree or higher preferred
- Minimum of five years administrative support experience
