$65,100 – 86,800

Multiple factors, including Individual experience, skills and abilities will determine where an employee is ultimately placed in the pay range.

The Job You Will Perform:

This position will support the Procurement and Supply Chain organizations within the Global Cellulose Fibers Business and will be responsible for the following:

  • Act as a business partner in analytics of the procurement, supply chain, and distribution groups
  • Prepare, analyze and distribute monthly reports on major commodity cost movements and commodity forecasts
  • Support preparation of executive level presentations and Monthly Business Review
  • Support month end reporting, analysis and journal entries
  • Complete Distribution Cost versus Price Analysis reporting
    • Freight/Accessorial/WH Adders
      • Ensure forward looking reporting – quarterly adjustment to price to ensure pass through costs are accurate
    • Commercial Reconciliation to analyze over and under charging the customer
  • Provide financial support to the Energy, Raw Materials, and MRO buyers as needed in analyzing materials markets, vendors, and specific initiative impacts
  • Maintain active participation in process reviews to increase efficiencies amongst all Procurement and Supply Chain teams
  • Work with facilities on maintaining and properly using the distribution chart of accounts to ensure costs are reflected properly in the distribution area
    • Identify trends and opportunities accordingly
  • Act as a primary liaison with Corporate Accounts Payable on vendor management issues, working capital initiatives, and joint projects
  • Assist with ad-hoc data analytics and reporting as required

 

The Qualifications, Skills and Knowledge You Will Bring:

  • 3-5 years of Financial Analyst experience required 
  • 2-3 years of analysis reporting experience, including:
    • Variance analysis, month-end reporting and general analytics
  • Finance, Accounting, Logistics or related four-year degree required
  • Working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suit, BW, Power BI
  • SAP experience preferred
  • Strong analytical skills and excellent communication skills
  • Time management and detail oriented
