Pay Rate:
$75,000 - $100,000 (PL 8-10)
Multiple factors, including Individual experience, skills and abilities will determine where an employee is ultimately placed in the pay range.

The Job You Will Perform:
- Participation in and performance of internal controls for North American Packaging Solutions business profit centers including Tier I controls, audits, and balance sheet reviews
- Provide accounting, budgeting, forecasting, Delegation of Authority (DOA), & S&A support to IT, HR, HSE, & Mfg Services organizations
- Participate in the development & execution of Revenue Recognition, LIFO, & Burden O/H processes
- Facilitate communication and alignment between North America Packaging Solutions FP&A and RTA organizations
- Obtain a good understanding of the financial systems, processes, and procedures used across the organization.
- Provides financial analysis including interpretation and application of professional standards, company policies, and processes
- Prepare journal vouchers and participate in month-end close.
- Perform data entry and utilize systems as a source of research analysis.
- Perform maintenance for capital project development and track spending.
- Complete various reporting requirements.
- Participate in periodic self-review audits of account reconciliations and journal vouchers.
- Handle customer service issues that require in-depth analysis and/or high degree of interpersonal and organizational sensitivity.
- Ensure compliance with applicable internal controls in each area of responsibility.
- Assist and support the businesses by providing routine and ad hoc analytical support as needed.
- Participates in general ledger, forecasting, budgeting, accounts payable, fixed assets, capital, payroll, reporting, and monthly/quarterly/yearly closing, research and investigation, and regulatory compliance.
- Evaluate workflow processes and apply Kaizen principles to ensure customer satisfaction. Review facility activities for standardization and enhancements.
The Skills You Will Bring:
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Data Analytics or Business Administration.
- Experience in SAP and Excel strongly preferred.
- Willing to learn AO, Power BI and other data analytical tools.
- Proven experience in researching and defining problems, collecting data, establishing facts, and drawing valid conclusions.
- Good oral and written communication skills
- Excel in a team environment
