HR Coordinator, Information Technology

 

Pay Rate:

$55,000 - $68,000

Multiple factors, including Individual experience, skills and abilities will determine where an employee is ultimately placed in the pay range.

The Job You Will Perform:

  • Secure and maintain employee records, data files and official paper copies in accordance with the records retention policy
  • Maintain HRIS system (data stewardship, currently using SAP / SuccessFactors)
  • Support Internal and limited external recruiting efforts
  • Support the HR annual development process for employees
  • Support event planning and execution as needed
  • Support rewards and recognition efforts
  • Perform pre-employment checks as needed for recruiting efforts
  • Assist with onboarding and offboarding employees
  • Monitor and prepare organization updates and charts as needed on an individual level and monthly for the support of organization charts. 
  • Support the employee transition from actively employed to a variety of leaves of absences
  • Partner with HR operations colleagues to make sure personnel transactions are implemented on time and accurately
  • Assist and/or deliver training as needed and support broader corporate assignments presented to the HR function.
  • Provide miscellaneous administrative team support duties such as scheduling meals, providing office supplies as needed etc.

 

The Skills You Will Bring:

  • Appreciative of employees’ sensitive information
  • Clearly demonstrated proficiency with MS Excel and other Microsoft products
  • Five years of successful administrative support experience
  • Two to Three years of corporate HR experience preferred
  • Excellent organizational skills, prioritization skills, and ability to deliver results
  • Strong analytical ability with the ability to identify and correct irregularities and proactively address these issues.
  • Preferred:  A candidate with geographic flexibility and a desire to work in a variety of locations during a career beyond this initial Memphis-based role is highly desired.
