  • Support commercial teams in the design and improvement of logistics solutions for mid-market contract customers, using data to highlight strategic tradeoffs and recommend service models
  • Build analytical tools and dashboards that improve cost visibility, track logistics KPIs, and inform business planning
  • Present findings and recommendations to senior leadership, translating data into actionable strategies with clear financial implications
  • Coordinate and lead large-scale non-price improvement (NPI) projects focused on distribution cost reduction and improved working capital management
  • Influence outcomes through cross-functional project leadership, driving alignment and execution across diverse stakeholder groups

  • Deep understanding of transportation rate structures, cost-to-serve principles, and network tradeoffs
  • Proficiency in advanced data analysis, with the ability to synthesize complex data sets and build tools or dashboards that inform strategic decisions
  • Experience leading large-scale supply chain projects with cross-functional scope and measurable financial impact
  • Comfort presenting insights and recommendations to senior stakeholders and engaging in strategy discussions with commercial and operational leaders
  • Working knowledge of financial drivers such as distribution expense, working capital, and total delivered cost
  • Strong collaboration and communication skills; able to influence outcomes without direct authority
  • Familiarity with SAP and experience using reporting tools such as Power BI, Tableau, or similar platforms
