Multiple factors, including Individual experience, skills and abilities will determine where an employee is ultimately placed in the pay range. Variable pay may provide additional opportunities for financial awards. This job is eligible to participate in IP’s annual incentive plan.

The Job You Will Perform

This position is part of the PSNA National Account Strategy and Customer Experience Team with specific focus on National Account Processes
-
Reports directly into the National Account Customer Experience Manager
-
Responsible for successfully establishing an operating environment that embraces the continuous improvement process
-
Working with managers and team leads to understand and improve National Account standard operating procedures - identifying and eliminating gaps in the application of transactions, tools and reports
-
Owning and maintaining the National Account Toolkit – which is the functional repository for all Natl Acct Standard Operating Procedures

Alongside the National Account Team Leads, this position will assist with onboarding of National Account Coordinators

Responsible for auditing and tracking of critical National Account functions surrounding price changes at the account level – timing of communications, implementation, validation, and completion

Work cross-functionally to support the National Account rebate/payment process – including the monthly maintenance of the Payment Tracker

Responsible for auditing, tracking, and supporting National Account Managers and Coordinators in relation to Contract and Payment Term Expirations

Serving as the department SME and liaison with the IP tax team to identify risk exposure and resolution for Sales Tax Exemption documentation

Supporting the commercial team through any internal audit preparation, collaboration, and implementation of key findings or remediation planning

Serve as the National Account Business Continuity Coordinator – keeping updated employee records with the Corporate BC team

Serve as backup to National Account Contract Coordinator
The Skills You Will Bring:

Bachelor's degree (Business, Supply Chain, Logistics, or related fields) required
-
Four or more years of related experience, preferably in the corrugated packaging industry supporting key customers

Leadership experience preferred

Demonstrates skilled understanding and knowledge of end-to-end national account processes and procedures

Advanced understanding of Microsoft Office applications – advanced proficiency in Excel

Strong analytical, technical, and problem-solving skills

Strong business communication skills

Proactive nature, self-driven, ability to work independently, looking to continually improve

Project Management certification a plus
