Pay Rate
$75,800 - $101,000 (PL 10)
Multiple factors, including Individual experience, skills and abilities will determine where an employee is ultimately placed in the pay range. Variable pay may provide additional opportunities for financial awards. This job is eligible to participate in IP’s annual incentive plan.

The Job You Will Perform

Preparing both National Account and Division wide monthly reports and forecasting including the recording of National Account wins and losses, Post Bid documentation, NAC Lead Team preparation, volume forecasts, trend analysis, price concession reporting, segmentation of volume as local vs national, maintaining and leading the National Accounts Prospect Pipeline initiative, preparing and analyzing the National Accounts Transition Report and preparing and analyzing the National Account Monthly Impact Analysis.

Assisting with the Monthly and Annual S&A Budget Process including monthly variance analysis, headcount tracking, monthly reporting by individual of national Account T&E, and re-classing/correcting SAP charges.

Assisting with process improvement and special projects. This includes training on the Wittron estimating system, enhancing PowerBI reporting, assisting with Area Lead Team presentations, and collaborating with PSNA Marketing to ensure accurate account and segment classification.

Assisting Pricing Analysts with the bid process. This includes assisting with CRS data clean-up, RFI database, and submission files.
The Skills You Will Bring:

Minimum 3-5 years financial experience

Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance required

Advanced proficiency with Microsoft Excel/Word/PowerPoint including formulas such as VLOOKUP, IF statements, pivot tables, etc.

Excellent communication skills both written and oral

SAP experience preferred

PowerBI experience a plus
