Pay Rate:
$125,900 – 167,800
Multiple factors, including Individual experience, skills and abilities will determine where an employee is ultimately placed in the pay range.

The Job You Will Perform:
- Gain an in-depth understanding of Latin America business strategy and related action plans to drive profitable growth, low cost position, and superior customer experience.
- Participate in the development, execution, and tracking of optimization initiatives and 80/20 action plans.
- Lead optimization projects, including timeline management, stakeholder coordination, and resource allocation
- Track key performance indicators (KPIs) including sales, production, and profitability metrics in support of monthly business review process.
- Support business in development of capital projects and tracking performance of investments.
- Ability to align reporting with organizational goals and strategic priorities.
- Strong understanding of the corrugated manufacturing process (e.g., raw materials, conversion processes, and finished products)
- Experience with equipment maintenance planning and operational efficiency metrics (e.g., OEE, uptime)
- Strong data analysis capabilities to identify bottlenecks, inefficiencies, and improvement opportunities
- Strong analytical skills to identify trends, risks, and opportunities within data
- Ability to provide actionable recommendations based on data insights
- Proficiency in tools like Power BI, Tableau, or ERP/MES systems
- Ability to design, automate, and maintain insightful dashboards and reports for business performance tracking
- Strong focus on user-friendly reporting for diverse stakeholders
- Experience in change management
- Strong communication skills to collaborate across teams (finance, sales, production, supply chain, etc.)
- Strong ability to present complex data in a clear and compelling manner
- Communicate fluently in both English and Spanish, both verbally and in writing.
