Pay Rate:
$125,900 - $167,800
Final PL will be based on experience and qualifications. Multiple factors, including Individual experience, skills and abilities will determine where an employee is ultimately placed in the pay range. Variable pay may provide additional opportunities for financial awards. This job is eligible to participate in IP’s Annual Incentive Plan.

The Job You Will Perform:
- The Enablement manager works to support various staff groups in Procurement and Sourcing with analysis, reporting & critical processes to realize value through enabling strategies and executing them with the business. This position reports to the Director, Procurement Enablement & Execution.
- Responsible for Implement, manage & maintain critical processes such as: Outline Agreements, Contract Setup, Catalogs, Rate Databases- based upon approved upon pricing from Category Leads for Strategic Sourcing Portfolio
- Collaborate with Category Leaders and influence buy-channel and compliance strategy to result in realizable savings
- Responsible for team creating compliance tracking for strategic categories and monitor across all sites, identifying trends and key takeaways
- During implementation, explain user experience and system-based changes, address technical applications and concerns at leadership levels of the organization, serve as an escalation point for facility level discussions
- Responsible for continuously improves data and reporting infrastructure by automating workflows, improving data quality- collaborating with Strategic Sourcing Teams and Procurement Innovation
- Continuously improves the analytical resources available to Procurement and Sourcing through collaboration with Procurement Innovation
- Accountable for continuous auditing of buy-channel tools functionality and accuracy of contents (catalogs, OAs, Track), escalating systematic/broad-spread issues that prevent compliance to Category Leads
- Leads enablement support of value-added initiatives and category management strategies in addition to sourcing events support
- Accountable and responsible for coordination of plant communications and maintaining holistic communication calendar to drive strategies and ensure right content and depth of communications
- Ensure that Enablement team provides key input on category needs and challenges to Category Leads
- Ensures communication of requirements/challenges around implementation during Sourcing events prior to awards
- Coaching and skill development of Enablement team soft and hard skills and functions
- Design, build, develop and improve upon processes, workflows and automations to promote compliance and ease of Procurement with our stakeholders
- Liaison to COE for technical support on sustain functions regarding Buy-Channel tools and other procurement related systems
- Liaison to Procurement Innovation for support on data sources, skill development support, process consistency, and tool selection
- This is managerial role responsible for performance evaluations, hiring and recruitment, team development.
The Skills You Will Bring:
- Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent in Analytics, Data Science, Supply Chain Management, Finance or other suitable degree
- 7-10 years’ of procurement leadership experience is desired; including work on cross-functional teams
- Proficiency in Data visualization tools (Power BI and/or Tableau) and Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
- Strong analytical and automation skills
- Experience in building teams
- Strong Proficiency in SAP
- Exposure to SQL, Alteryx, Fabric, Power Automate, and Python preferred but not necessary
- Demonstrated competencies in customer focus, problem solving, process management, and learning agility
