Procurement Operational Improvement Leader

Department: Sourcing

Pay Rate 

$125,900 - $167,800 

Multiple factors, including Individual experience, skills and abilities will determine where an employee is ultimately placed in the pay range. 

 

Candidates will be considered for either the PL 17 or PL 16, dependent on experience and qualifications.

Key Responsibilities

 

1. Intake & Orchestration Implementation

Lead the design and deployment of an intake and orchestration solution integrated into SAP, ensuring seamless process flows and stakeholder alignment.

2. Vendor Master Data Management

Oversee vendor maintenance initiatives, including onboarding, process updates, and cleansing activities to improve data accuracy and compliance.

3. Procurement Master Data Projects

Manage master data improvement efforts across procurement, focusing on standardization, governance, and readiness for S/4HANA migration.

4. Cross-Functional Collaboration

Partner with IT, Finance, and Procurement teams to align operational improvements with broader digital transformation goals.

5. People Leader / Development

Provide leadership for the Improvement Team, to include mentoring, coaching, and development using 1:1s and frequent feedback channels.   

    

Needs:

  • Project management/Change Management experience
  • SAP functional understanding and current process flows
  • Ability to run multiple large projects at once 
  • Ability to gain stakeholder management and buy-in across multiple areas of the business.
