Position Title: 

Sales Representative (PL15)

 

Pay Rate:

$102,400 - $136,500

Multiple factors, including Individual experience, skills and abilities will determine where an employee is ultimately placed in the pay range.

Physical Location:

Memphis, TN

This position is open to remote candidates, with consideration given to locations based on business needs and operational requirements.

 

The Job You Will Perform:

  • Develop, enhance and execute IP Recycling’s Midwest sales strategy for recovered fiber products.
  • Develop relationships with end consumers of recovered fiber.
  • Negotiate winning value propositions that create value for our customers and International Paper.
  • Coordinate sales originating from multiple supply points including IP Recycling Plants, National Account suppliers and Brokerage suppliers.
  • Monitor and communicate global market intelligence to stakeholders within the business.
  • Identify and develop new sales opportunities, including new customer relationships, product offerings, and volumes.
  • Interface with internal supply channels to communicate and leverage growth opportunities.
  • Build strong, collaborative relationships with the Sales, Brokerage, National Account, Plant, Customer Service, and Supply Chain teams to ensure customer needs are understood and fairly represented.
  • Manage account receivables and customer credit lines within established guidelines.

 

 

 

The Skills You Will Bring:

  • Minimum of 5 years sales experience, preferably in the recycling industry
  • Undergraduate degree preferred
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
  • Effective written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proficient in the use of Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook.
  • Expect 25-50% travel requirement
