Senior Analyst – Corporate Accounting, GCF
Pay Rate:
$82,500 – $110,000
Multiple factors, including Individual experience, skills and abilities will determine where an employee is ultimately placed in the pay range.

The Job You Will Perform:
This role is essential to maintaining the integrity of financial records and supporting key accounting functions across the organization with deep expertise in general accounting, treasury accounting, and corporate financial processes, with a strong understanding of U.S. GAAP and intercompany transactions in a complex, multi-entity environment. Key responsibilities include:
- Lead monthly, quarterly, and annual close processes, including preparation of journal entries, account reconciliations, and variance analysis for the corporate ledger and consolidation.
- Assist with the preparation of consolidated financial statements.
- Perform balance sheet reviews and provide oversight of divisional entries at month-end.
- Oversee intercompany transactions and reconciliations across domestic and international entities.
- Ensure proper elimination of intercompany balances between GCF US and non-US entities during consolidation.
- Collaborate with business units to resolve discrepancies and improve intercompany processes.
- Work closely with the Finance teams to ensure consistency and accuracy in reporting.
- Support external audit and internal review processes with documentation and analysis.
- Support treasury operations by accounting for debt, interest, and other financing activities.
- Assist with developing new accounting processes, manage change as we stand up a new company and contribute to on-going process optimization.
- Support ERP system enhancements and automation initiatives.
The Qualifications, Skills and Knowledge You Will Bring:
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance; CPA or progress toward certification preferred.
- 5+ years of progressive accounting experience, ideally in a manufacturing or multi-entity environment.
- Strong understanding of U.S. GAAP, treasury accounting, and intercompany processes.
- Experience with ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, or similar) and advanced Excel skills.
- Excellent analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a deadline-driven environment.
