$137,400- $183,200 (USCORE)

The Job You Will Perform:

• Lead cross-functional teams to deliver results, based upon our 80/20 transformation strategy.
• Identify market trends, with a profitability filter, to deliver outcomes that match our overall business strategy.
• Prioritize opportunities that will bring a positive impact while balancing resources and the desired outcome.
• Comfort working in the abstract with minimal direct guidance and building strategies and expectations in this environment.
• An ability to anticipate customer needs and comfort approaching customers about their asks in a way that fosters increased customer satisfaction while reducing extraneous work.
• Ability to engage with leaders at the highest level, which includes the internal organization and current / potential customers.  Engagements include the ability to deliver effective presentations, hold one-to-one discussions that can include communicating a potential unpopular position ensuring a well thought out defense.
• Demonstrated ability to navigate political channels to affect a desired strategic direction while maintaining political capital in the organization (ours, our customers, and other stakeholders).
• Focus on delivering results with clear understanding and comfort navigating away from complexity. Demonstrated ability to action multiple workstreams simultaneously while advancing toward goals (definite outcomes are measured along a path)
• Aware of, and strong grasp of key sustainability topics / trends / datapoints, and can translate that awareness into actionable paths that strongly align with our stated business strategies. Ability to see around corners with developed business acumen to anticipate how these strategies could / should change given market dynamics.
• Ability to lead multiple subject matter areas of direct reports and build positive team dynamics that is action oriented with an 80/20 mindset.
• Using good judgment, exhibits ability to take a stand with ability to defend while being a curious learner to drive to the most desirable outcomes.

• The successful candidate will be a leader that is a self-starter, has ability to instill trust, drive engagement, and collaborate to drive business results aligned with our transformational strategy.
• The selected candidate must:
  • Exhibit safety advocacy and leadership.
  • Be a catalyst leader, with proven ability to build, develop, and lead direct reports.
  • Drive strategic initiatives, leading teams, and others through a changing landscape, while ensuring alignment and acceptance across the business
  • Be an active learner, with a drive to stay current with market trends and industry best practices.
• Location: Memphis, TN required
• Travel requirement – approximately 20%.
• Bachelor of Science in related field or equivalent experience required.
