Pay Rate: 
$20/hour.  Upon the completion of probationary period, pay increases to $27.84.

Category/Shift: 
Hourly Full-Time (11pm-7am – Monday-Friday (shift starts Sunday night and ends Friday morning))

Position Summary:
This position is a part of the Modesto Container plant and reports to the Corrugator Supervisor. This is an hourly full time position. This position is responsible for unloading stacks from corrugator, storing stacks in WIP area, and loading converting machines with appropriate product.

The Job You Will Perform: 
•    Follow all safety rules and practices
•    Perform pre-use safety inspections prior to operating equipment
•    Conduct routine clean-up, housekeeping and minor maintenance of equipment
•    Move and stack loads from corrugator to WIP area
•    Identifying proper loads to feed to converting machines
•    Collection and disposition of waste material as directed by supervisor 
•    Complete daily inspection reports on vehicles before and after shift
•    Train future team members
•    Other duties as assigned by supervisor 

The Skills You Will Bring: 
•    Must be able to accurately read a measuring tape and ruler; ability to use basic math; read and record accurate measures
•    Must be able to safely operate a forklift with a push/pull pack attachment
•    Must demonstrate a sincere interest and desire to work in a fast paced manufacturing environment
•    Able to follow instructions, ask questions, and work effectively as a member of team. a proven leader, goal oriented, self-starter, good communicator and computer literate. 
•    Have a firm understanding of driving safety culture and participating in safety activities.
•    Candidate must be able to adhere to corporate and human resources policies.
•    Must be able to work any shift up to 12 hours per day if necessary
•    Must be able to pass the internal PIT certification training classroom session and hands-on assessment
