Position Title:

Production Associate

Pay Rate:

Starting wage is $20.60.  After successful completion of training, pay rate will range from $22.46-$26.40. Rate of pay is based on job placement.

Category/Shift:

Hourly Full-Time (Monday-Friday)

2nd Shift: 2:00pm-10:00pm

3rd Shift: 10:00pm-6:00am

*Overtime and Saturdays as needed.

Exact shift placement will depend on current production needs.  Training will begin on 1st shift (6:00am-2:00pm) for approximately three weeks.  Must be available on all three shifts if needed to cover overtime.  The hiring process for successful candidates includes a pre-employment test, interview, background check and health/drug screen.

The Job You Will Perform:

• Counting and stacking finished product
• Reading factory orders
• Accurately reading gauges and other test equipment
• Utilizing basic shop math, inspecting
• Accurately completing quality and administrative documents and following directions
• This person will also be assigned to clean-up functions such as blowing down the machine, wiping off shafts, cleaning ink systems, vacuuming and sweeping the machine area, as well as picking up and shredding scrap.
