Pay Rate:
$82,500-$110,000
Multiple factors, including Individual experience, skills and abilities will determine where an employee is ultimately placed in the pay range.

The Job You Will Perform:
- Provide active leadership in delivering excellent safety results. Safety Certification in IP system required.
- Provide project management as a leader or team member and work with development, planning, and execution of capital and expense projects.
- Perform Root Cause Failure Analysis of electrical equipment and controls using logic trees to implement reliability improvement action items.
- Provide expertise in and management of the mill’s power distribution systems, motors, and AC drive systems, including but not limited to:
- Emergency Power Supplies (UPS Systems)
- Utility Tie
- Switchgear Transformers
- Power Cable Feeder Systems
- Station and UPS Batteries
- Grounding
- Power System Studies
- Electrical drawings
- Low Voltage AC Drive systems (AB PowerFlex, Siemens Sinamics)
- Serve as EPD champion and motor champion including performing self-assessments, maintaining a current gap analysis, and participating in monthly IP EPD, motors, and drives best practice calls.
- Ensure power distribution equipment inspections and repairs are completed according to NFPA 70B and NETA MTS-2019 standards and all needed documentation.
- Lead and plan mill-wide annual power outages.
- Support factory acceptance testing of EPD equipment, Drives, and Motors.
- Serve as mill crane champion responsible for the maintenance, reliability, and upgrades of the mill house cranes.
- Be an active member of the maintenance team weekend call duty support roster.
- Responsible for management of mill infrared and ultrasonic inspections and corrective action planning of power distribution equipment.
- Responsible for maintaining a 5-year capital plan for EPD equipment, drives, motors, and cranes.
- Remain current in latest electrical engineering techniques and practices.
- Mentor and train electrical and instrumentation maintenance technicians.
The Skills You Will Bring:
- B.S. Engineering – Electrical Preferred
- Five (5) Years Manufacturing Experience, Papermill Experience Preferable
- Safety Focus – IP Safety Leadership Certification
- Engineering experience in manufacturing operations, process control, capital projects, drives and motors.
- Demonstrated Leadership experience
