Spot Truck Driver (must have CDL)

Spotter/Truck Driver

Pay Rate:

Pay starts at $21.86/hour and is increased to $27.21/hour after 6 months

Sign on Bonus:      

$500 after 30 days

$500 after 6 months

3rd  Shift Full-Time (11p-7a – Sunday - Thursday)

The Job You Will Perform:

• Operate the yard truck in a safe manner, during numerous drop & hook and staging scenarios Involving both loaded and empty trailers
• Spots positions loaded unloaded trailers at assigned dock space for unloading or loading
• Spot trailers on lot and some local runs.
• Perform daily inspections on spotter truck and equipment
• Report defects, accidents, traffic violations, or damages to the vehicles and/or equipment
• Maintain logs of trailer movements and fuel
• Check trailer inventory and report any irregularities on log forms
• Other duties and tasks as assigned by management
