The Job You Will Perform:

  • Provide support to manufacturing box plants in the Olympia WA area
  • Work collaboratively with HR Managers in the Region to support hiring of production and maintenance candidates across the region.
  • Work with other HR professionals on developing and coordinating the strategy, as the point of contact on outreach, career fairs, marketing campaigns; developing and processing of applicants as appropriate.
  • Provide similar support to other regions in the West Area on an as-needed basis.

 

The Skills You Will Bring:

  • Highly motivated, engaged and committed with an interested or background in Human Resources in a manufacturing environment.
  • Minimum of 3-5 years HR experience and must demonstrate leadership potential.
  • Be open to career growth and relocation opportunities in the future.
  • HR experience in a manufacturing facility as well as proven work experience as a recruiter, familiarity with applicant tracking systems and resume databases.
  • Experience with sourcing techniques.
  • BS degree in human resources, business or a related field is required. Demonstrated leadership in building and leading effective teams.
  • Flexibility as it relates to work hours and work location during the week.
  • Customer focused
  • Excellent problem solving, organizational, communication and people skill
  • Functional/technical skills, action oriented, managerial courage, dealing with ambiguity, career ambition, command skills, motivating others, drive for results, strategic agility and building effective teams.
