The Prattville Mill is currently seeking an Electrical Reliability Engineer. The Prattville Mill is a complex, fully integrated pulp and paper manufacturing facility with two machines. The mill includes multiple process lines of wood handling, pulping, power and recovery, finished products, and effluent treatment. The position works within the Maintenance group and reports to the Mill Reliability Leader.


Knowledge and Experience:

Must have a BS in Engineering (Electrical preferred) from an ABET accredited engineering program.

Candidates should have 0-5 years of post-college experience. Manufacturing internship and/or
co-op experience highly preferred.


Knowledgeable in the electrical engineering principles and practices applicable to an industrial manufacturing facility.

Strong desire to work in heavy manufacturing setting.

High regard for safety in the workplace and active willingness to be a safety leader.

Comfort with all levels of employees including operators, engineers, contractors, and various levels of management.
