Pay Rate:
Production Associate: Quality/Technical start as entry level at an hourly rate of $22.81/hr.
After an initial onboarding period, the Product Tester new hires immediately begin a state-of-the-art training and certification program to allow potential rapid advancement to higher position and increased wages.
Average annual earning potential within the first year is $50,000+, the future is bright for our top operators who have annual earnings of $90,000+.
Category/Shift: Hourly Full-Time; 12-Hour Rotating Shifts.

Hourly Full-Time; 12-Hour Rotating Shifts.
A 28-day cycle looks like this:
4 Day Shifts (6 a.m. – 6 p.m.) --- 7 days off
4 Night Shifts (6 p.m. – 6 a.m.) --- 3 days off
3 Day Shifts (6 a.m. – 6 p.m.) --- 1 day off
3 Night Shifts (6 p.m. – 6 a.m.) --- 3 days off

Job Requirements:
- At least 18 years of age
- Minimum high school graduate, GED equivalent or equivalent work experience of 2 years
- Eligible for employment in the US
- Must be willing to meet the following requirements:

- Operate or work in industrial conditions (will be warm/hot, dusty/dirty, around hazardous chemicals, noise, and heavy machinery or elevated working surfaces and includes repetitive motions (with proper safety training and safety protection).
- Undergo a drug screen for illicit use of drugs as a condition of employment.
- Undergo a job-related health assessment as a condition of employment.
- Submit to periodic drug screens as a condition of employment.
- Work any shift and/or a rotating shift schedule.
- Work overtime on a regular basis and with last minute notification.
- Work holidays and/or weekends on a regular basis.
- Wear required safety equipment.
The Job You Will Perform:
- Place safety above all else.
- Own accountability for personal safety. Wear appropriate PPE and follow SOPs for job responsibilities. Follow all safety rules and practices.
- Collect process material samples for analysis.
- Perform chemical and physical testing of process materials, water chemistry, and finished goods. Perform testing in accord with established SOPs.
- Report test data accurately and timely.
- Service and maintain the analytical equipment in the Wet End Test Station (WETS), Boiler Water Test Station (BWTS), and Dry End Test Station (DETS) by calibrating equipment, troubleshooting instrumentation, and providing needed testing supplies.
- Maintain laboratory housekeeping to a high standard and support 5s activities.
- Participate on safety, training, or other improvement teams as needed.
- Perform other duties and non-routine analytical testing as needed.
- Work independently in a laboratory setting.

- Associates Degree in Laboratory Science or related field;
- Aptitude for analytical testing and discipline to follow established testing SOPs.
- Attention to detail and ability to report results accurately and timely.
- Customer focus to support the operating departments.
- Good communication skills.
- Computer literacy.
- Ability to work alone safely in a laboratory and industrial environment.
